Property description The attractive country house was built in 2016 and is located in a rural area between the municipalities of Felanitx and Campos, in the southeast of Mallorca. The property has been wonderfully integrated into the beautiful Mallorcan natural landscape and scores with a beautifully landscaped garden.
The country house with a living area of 200 m² has 3 floors and is divided as follows:
On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining area, which flows smoothly into the open kitchen. Due to the floor-to-ceiling window fronts, the entire room is flooded with sunlight and at the same time creates a seemingly seamless connection to the outside area. The center of the garden is the pool and various terraces, some of which are covered. The view of the hilly natural landscape is simply indescribable. In the basement there are 2 double bedrooms with modern bathrooms, one of them en suite. A staircase leads to the upper floor. There are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning. The central heating ensures cozy warmth.

The small town of Felanitx with its shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets is a few minutes away by car. A visit to the weekly market, which always takes place on Sundays, is worthwhile. Many beach bays can be reached quickly and easily.
Location Felanitx is surrounded by the green, fertile nature of Mallorca, embedded between mountain ranges and characterized by agriculture, the most important economic sector in the region. Vineyards, almond trees and citrus plantations are typical of the area around Felanitx and give it its unmistakable charm.
The center of Felanitx is historically very well preserved and still has many old buildings in the typical Spanish style. It seems as if time has stood still here: winding streets invite you to stroll, strolling past delicatessen and handicraft shops is particularly exciting. If you want, you can enjoy delicious tapas or Mallorcan wine in one of the street cafés. Incidentally, the latter is grown right outside the gates of Felanitx: the place is surrounded by vines from which, among other things, the aromatic Rioja is obtained.
