Property description The beautiful natural stone finca is located between Calonge and Es Carritxó and spoils you with a fantastic view over the valley to the sea. In addition to the main house, the spacious and extremely well-kept property offers three further guest apartments, all of which are widely spread over the property. All units are equipped with a private bathroom, one of them even with a steam bath.
In the main house, the large, semi-circular kitchen with numerous windows and panoramic views stands out, a bright and friendly room that adjoins the living room with dining table and fireplace. From here you can reach the two bedrooms.
Stepping onto the veranda leads to the fully equipped summer kitchen with pizza oven - ideal for a cozy get-together; at least 10 people take place at the dining table.
The park-like garden is a true oasis of calm. The pool area invites you to relax, palm and carob trees provide the desired shade in the hot summer months and numerous fig, lemon, orange, tangerine and grapefruit trees adorn the surroundings.
There is space for up to 2 vehicles in the double garage, and there are further storage options. A workshop is housed in an additional outbuilding.
You can reach the finca in two ways. The main entrance is at a turn off the main road, passing through an automatic entrance gate, and the second entrance is via a dirt track at the top of the property.
Location Es Carritxó is located inland in the south of the island, about ten minutes by car from the coast. The town is very quiet and far away from the hectic mass tourism of the big cities. Es Carritxó belongs to the municipality of Felanitx in the Migjorn region.
Es Carritxó has a whole range of fincas, holiday apartments and holiday homes for holiday guests. However, you will look in vain for a hotel. The houses are kept in the wonderful Mediterranean Mallorcan style and offer a great sight.
