Property description The beach of Sa Punta is a special place in Porto Colom. It is a very romantic area and private neighborhood, where a crystal clear beach and the famous lighthouse of Porto Colom assemble a Post Card like region. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with build-in closets and a modern bathroom.
A new fully furnished kitchen with access to the outside provides entertainment for the passionate chefs. In addition there is a well-equipped barbecue area.
The guest apartment is also well planned and carried out, with an independent kitchen, a spacious living room, 4 roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is ideal for holiday rentals or for a family with several generations.
Location This very special fisherman village is named after Christopher Columbus, as the idyllic place is supposedly to be his birthplace. Portocolom has the largest natural harbor of Mallorca, which is indeed now used mainly for private boat traffic, but still represents one of the most important fishing ports on the island. The place still has the charm of a small fishing village, which is underlined by the numerous berths and the pastel-coloured houses along the coastline of the resort.
The city is divided into an Old Town area around the port where there is a black and white striped Lighthouse built in 1860, rising 42m above the sea level, creating a magnificent postcard image, the exclusive part of Sa Punta; which is a peninsula situated around the lighthouse with its inner side looking towards the harbour and the outer side towards the Mediterranean sea and to the south, a charming urbanization located around the beautiful bay of Cala Marçal.
