Equipment/Features The spacious Finca is located near Cas Concos. This charming place, on the one hand, is quiet and original, and is one of the localities which are very popular with many island inhabitants, especially because of their authentic charisma. Locals and residents visit bars and restaurants, do their daily shopping and have long conversations with neighbors and friends on the street. On the other hand, Cas Concos has also become a place of movement and growth through the opening of new restaurants and shops. The nearest major towns are Porto Colom, Felanitx and Santanyí, which are about 10 minutes away by car, with their markets on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. The golf course Vall d'Or is about 15 minutes away. The tourist center of Cala d'Or with its large yacht harbor as well as numerous bathing bays are also only 15 minutes away. To the island capital Palma and to the airport is about 40 minutes.
Location Felanitx is surrounded by the green, fertile nature of Mallorca, embedded between mountain ranges and characterized by agriculture, the most important economic sector in the region. Vineyards, almond trees and citrus plantations are typical of the area around Felanitx and give it its unmistakable charm.
The center of Felanitx is historically very well preserved and still has many old buildings in the typical Spanish style. It seems as if time has stood still here: winding streets invite you to stroll, strolling past delicatessen and handicraft shops is particularly exciting. If you want, you can enjoy delicious tapas or Mallorcan wine in one of the street cafés. Incidentally, the latter is grown right outside the gates of Felanitx: the place is surrounded by vines from which, among other things, the aromatic Rioja is obtained.
