Property description The charming country house was built in 1984 and renovated in the following years. It was important to the owner to maintain the authenticity and emphasize the Mallorcan flair. In the left wing there are 2 bedrooms with a shower bath and a bathroom en suite. The rooms are bright and convince with beautiful, selected materials. There are handmade tiles, noble roof beams and space-opening arcades. The rooms have access to the beautiful courtyard and the garden with panoramic views of the countryside. Here you can stay well and dreamily spend the day. Incidentally, the house was designed and built by star architect Sergio Bastidas. It was one of his first fincas. The main house is rented in summer for holidays.
On the ground floor of the adjoining building, the hall leads to the bedroom with shower / WC. Left hand is the stairs leading up to the living room. Adjacent is a second kitchen. The guest cottage is already a bit getting old, but has a beautiful roof terrace with sea views. Features: safe, air conditioning, oil central heating, oven, old oven, telephone, WIFI, satellite TV, public electricity, water from the well of the neighbors, cistern, the pool can be heated and has a countercurrent system, sauna, pool house and a heavenly garden with Herb beds and old trees.
