There is a permit for holiday rental. The sea and the harbor are only a few steps and the miles long beach promenade invites you to walk.
In the village itself there are supermarket, pharmacy and other small shops. The larger purchases can be done in Cala Ratjada or Manacor. To stroll and relax invite the two medieval towns of Artá and Capdepera, who wants to celebrate is in Cala Ratjada very well cared for. But not only that - around the harbor are some very good restaurants.
The house has oil central heating and air conditioning w / c in all rooms, which ensure a pleasant climate all year round. The garden is very easy to maintain and offers plenty of space to set up enough sun loungers around the pool.
